1) Core principle — All sales are final

We do not offer refunds in any case for Looktara subscriptions, credits, or one‑time purchases. Please review plans, features, and limitations carefully before purchasing. If you encounter any issue, contact support—we aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and help you resolve it quickly.

This Refund Policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable law (e.g., mandatory consumer rights). Where a law specifically requires a refund to your original payment method, we will comply.

This policy applies to all paid transactions made through the Services, including:

  • Subscriptions (monthly/annual or other terms),
  • Credit packs or top‑ups, and

3) Cancellations and renewals

  • Auto‑renewal. Paid plans auto‑renew unless you cancel before the renewal date in your account settings.
  • After cancellation. You retain access until the end of your current paid term; then access stops.
  • No proration. We do not offer refunds or partial credits for unused time in a billing period.
  • Credits. Purchased credits are non‑refundable and may expire as stated at purchase.

4) Non‑refundable scenarios (examples)

Refunds are not provided for, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase or trial;
  • Dissatisfaction with style, aesthetics, or subjective quality of generated images;
  • Prompts that do not produce a desired concept, or user error in prompt/reference selection;
  • Inactivity, low usage, or unused credits;
  • Failure to cancel before renewal;
  • Downgrades mid‑term;
  • Temporary outages, maintenance windows, or bug fixes where we provide a reasonable workaround or re‑generation;
  • Device or connectivity issues on your side;
  • Purchases made by someone with access to your authenticated device/account.

5) Our commitment to resolution (instead of refunds)

We stand behind the Service and will work to resolve issues without refunds. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Help you re‑train your model or assist with better prompts/references;
  • Re‑generate failed outputs caused by a service error;
  • Provide replacement credits where a generation failed due to a Looktara system fault;
  • Offer support guidance for getting results that match your intended use (e.g., LinkedIn‑ready looks).

6) Duplicate charges, fraud, and disputes

  • Duplicate charges (accidental): If our systems detect a duplicate charge, we will correct it—typically by applying an account credit or by adjusting your next cycle. Where applicable law requires a refund to the original payment method, we will comply.
  • Unauthorized payments: If you believe there is fraud, contact us immediately so we can lock the account and investigate. We may ask for proof and coordinate with the payment processor.
  • Chargebacks: We reserve the right to suspend accounts for chargebacks and will contest unfounded disputes with evidence of delivery and usage.

7) Trials, promos, and beta features

  • Trials: If a trial is offered, you must cancel before it ends to avoid charges. Once billed, the transaction is non‑refundable.
  • Promotions: Promo codes or discounts have no cash value and do not entitle you to refunds.
  • Beta/experimental: These features are provided "as is" and are non‑refundable.
